Hey now, Phil G here. This weekend on the Forests of Fennario, my little corner of the Grateful Dead and Friends’ Universe, I am as pleased as I can be to visit with Rosie McGee, original Grateful Dead Family member, Photographer , and Story teller. We’re going to discuss Rosie’s new Coffee Table Book of Grateful Dead Photographs (and the KickStarter they are attached to) as well as some other stories of her adventures.
As a side note, I asked Rosie what her favorite Era of GD music is and she said “early70s,” which just so happens to coincide with the release of “Listen to the River,” a 20 CD box of Shows from St Louis in 1971, 1972, and 1973.
We’ll also have some recent music from Phil Lesh and Friends (the return of the Q!) and Some recent David Nelson Band, as well. Tune in and TURN IT UP!
