Toumani Diabate the master of Malian kora music passed away recently in July at age 58. Tune in to a special edition of Pastures of Plenty on Wednesday August 21st from 5:30 to 7:00 AM as we celebrate his life and legacy. We will also feature the music of other Malian greats---Ali Farka Touré, Ballaké Sissoko, Salif Keita, Tinariwen, Habib Koite, Boubacar Traore, Oumou Sangare, Orchestra Baobab, Sona Jobarteh, and more.
