THRESHOLD: CHINESE NEW YEAR-A TWO DAY JOURNEY INTO THE YEAR OF THE RABBIT (2011). Join us for the 5th annual Threshold event celebrating the Chinese New Year! The event brings awareness and support to the Portland Artist Clinic, a volunteer organization providing community-based, integrative primary care and urgent health care services to Portland artists and musicians who are unable to attain health insurance or who lack access to primary care through their existing insurance.
