But, with everything so rough lately, the only way he could find to cover his markers is to end his own life by selling his body to science. But, after he makes the deal, and gets his money, and before he is supposed to go under the knife, disaster strikes. Not only does his luck change, but , he falls in love. In our second half, another installment of Bold Venture. Tonight's episode, Cruise to Batabano. Slate Shannon and Sailor Duval ( Humphrey Bogart and Lauren Bacall) find out that the simple job they just hired themselves on to, of piloting a cabin cruiser from Havana to Batabano, could cost them their lives.
