John Waters' Christmas

For the holiday season, we chat with notorious filmmaker John Waters, who's bringing his annual Christmas show to Portland once again.  Waters has spent the past half-century directing such transgressive films as Pink Flamingos, Hairspray, and Serial Mom, and is also the author of such books as Crackpot and Shock Value.

We also revisit our conversation with documentarian Brian Lindstrom.  His film Mothering Inside chronicles the struggles of inmates inside Coffee Creek Correctional Institution, Oregon's women's prison, to stay connected with their children.
