Yesterday, right-wing Patriot Prayer demonstrators held a rally in Terry Schrunk plaza in Downtown Portland. A counter-demonstration was organized in a hurry, and both sides drew about fifty people.
KBOO reporter Jasmin Moneymaker was on the scene and has this report.

As of 6pm 10/9/2017, Bishop has been released by authorities with "no complaint," meaning charges could be resumed at a later date.
