Reprise of 2013 Special Broadcast Featuring Dave Frishberg - Live
In honor of KBOO's 50th anniversary on the air,
we present a reprise of our unique 2013 broadcast
that featured Dave Frishberg commenting live
on the music of his unpublished play "The Catbird Seat".
After the 3:30 jazz calendar, Ben Fajen of the Jazz Society of Oregon
will guest to preview their Big Band fund-raising performance this Friday night
at the Jack London Revue, in downtown Portland,
to benefit July's 38th annual Cathedral Park Jazz Festival.
