Burgerville workers gathered outside the Montavilla Burgerville location on October 11, to protest a stalemate in their contract negotiations with the corporation.
The Union said that if no deal can be reached by October 18, they intend to strike.
KBOO’s SJ Oxendyne was on the scene Friday with Burgerville Union Organizer Esther Mann.
