Gay Pioneer Reverend Malcolm Boyd
Cecil Prescod hosts a special extended interview with gay pioneer Reverend Malcolm Boyd, who rips into American culture in his new book, Samuel Joseph for President: Media Politics , Religion, and Race. Boyd is a gay elder, freedom rider, civil rights and anti-war activist. He is also the first openly gay Episcopal priest. His life partner, Mark Thompson, a writer, photographer and former Advocate editor, is also featured in the interview.
