Organizer Secrets & Socialist Job Fair

Two exciting labor events coming up on Oct. 27 & Nov. 7 are a "Secrets of a Successful Organizer" training, featuring Mark Brenner, co-author of the book by the same name and past director of Labor Notes (on Oct. 27) & a Socialist Job Fair sponsored by Portland DSA (Democratic Socialists of America, on Nov. 7).  Nancy Pucker, a bus driver and member of OSEA (Oregon School Employees Association), will talk about her experience at a past "Secrets" training and how she's applied it to her union activism.  Laura Wadlin, of DSA Labor, will describe the job fair project, to cluster socialists together, organizing at work.
